Jamie-Lynn Kraft creates personalized, custom-written songs based on the information provided by the customer.
Each custom song is uniquely created for a specific individual or occasion and is intended as a keepsake gift.

The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an order.
Jamie-Lynn Kraft is not responsible for inaccuracies, spelling errors, incorrect dates, names, or missing information supplied by the customer.

Every custom song is an original creative work inspired by the information submitted by the customer.
While every effort will be made to include requested memories, themes, and personal details, the final lyrics, arrangement, melody, instrumentation, vocal style, and overall artistic direction remain at the sole discretion of Jamie-Lynn Kraft.
Customers acknowledge that songwriting is an artistic service and understand that each finished song is unique.

However, exact duplication of another artist's style, melody, lyrics, arrangement, or copyrighted work cannot be provided.

Unexpected delays due to illness, technical issues, holidays, family emergencies, or high order volume may occur.
Customers will be notified if significant delays arise.

A revision includes minor changes such as:
Major rewrites, new concepts, additional verses, changing the occasion, changing the recipient, or requesting an entirely different musical style after production has begun may require the purchase of a new song or an additional fee.
Payment is due in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include those displayed at checkout.
Orders are not placed into production until payment has cleared.
Due to the personalized nature of custom-created songs, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued after production has begun.

Customers who wish their project to remain completely private must notify Jamie-Lynn Kraft before work begins.
Customers warrant that any stories, photographs, names, memories, or information submitted belong to them or that they have permission to share them.
Customers agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
Jamie-Lynn Kraft may utilize modern music production tools, software, editing technology, or artificial intelligence as part of the creative production process.
Every project is guided, directed, edited, and creatively shaped by Jamie-Lynn Kraft to produce a personalized final work.
Jamie-Lynn Kraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any custom song or digital product.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the order.
All website content, photographs, logos, artwork, text, graphics, music, videos, and branding are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Orders already paid in full will not be affected by future price changes.
